Our reviews policy

We publish reviews from real customers only. Here's how we handle them:

• All reviews on this site are from couples we've actually worked with. No fabricated, generated, or third-party-written reviews appear here, ever.
• Reviews are quoted with consent. We share the final wording with each couple before it goes live, and we don't edit the substance, only minor grammar or clarity tweaks with their approval.
• We don't suppress negative or critical feedback. If a couple shares mixed feedback, we share it as given.
• Incentivised reviews are clearly labelled. If a couple ever receives anything material (a free hosting extension, gift card, or similar) in exchange for leaving a review, the review will carry a visible "incentivised" label. We don't currently offer review incentives.
• We verify with third-party platforms. Where possible, we link each on-site review to the same review on Google Business Profile or a wedding-industry platform, so you can verify it independently.

This policy aligns with the UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and CMA guidance on consumer reviews.

If you believe a review on this site is fake, misleading, or unfairly written, please email admin@rsvpmadesimple.co.uk. We'll respond within 2 working days and remove anything that doesn't meet the standard above.
