Why we ask for Google reviews
Google reviews are public, independent, and can't be edited by us after they're posted. That makes them the most trustworthy place for couples to share honest feedback and for other couples to read it.
If you've worked with us and have a couple of minutes, a short, honest review on Google genuinely helps other couples make a more confident decision. Even just a line or two makes a difference.
You're not obliged to leave a positive review. If something didn't meet your expectations, say so. We read every review and it helps us improve.
What happens to your review?
Google reviews are published directly on our Google Business Profile, outside our control. They appear as posted, with no edits from us.
If we quote your review on this website, we'll ask your permission first and share the exact wording we plan to use. You can say no, and nothing changes.
We don't offer incentives (discounts, free extras, gift cards) in exchange for reviews, and we never have. Any future incentivised review would be clearly labelled as such.
