3. What happens when you send us an enquiry
The enquiry form posts directly to this website and sets no cookie in the process. If you have arrived from a link we have published elsewhere, for example a social media profile, the address may carry campaign parameters that tell us which link you followed. Those are read from the address itself and stored with your enquiry so we know where it came from. They are not written to your device and they do not follow you to any other website.
Standard web server logs record technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, as they do for every website. That is described in our Privacy Policy and does not involve cookies.
4. The customer portal
Our customer portal is a separate application at onboarding.rsvpmadesimple.co.uk, and it does use essential cookies, because it has to: a cookie is how it remembers that you are signed in and how it protects your session against cross-site request forgery. Those cookies are strictly necessary for the portal to work, they are not used for analytics or advertising, and they are only set once you sign in there. They are not set by this website.

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies from particular websites
- Block all cookies from being set
Blocking cookies will not affect this website, since it sets none. It will affect the customer portal: the essential cookies described above are required for it to keep you signed in, so blocking them will prevent you from using it.
