Guest management
Your guests see the website. You see everything behind it.
Every wedding we build comes with a private place to run the guest side of the day. It is not an add-on and it is not a different price. It is the other half of what you are buying.
Why it is different
One reply, and everything moves with it.
A guest replies once, from the link in their invitation. Their answer lands as an attendance, a meal choice, a dietary requirement, a seat at a table, and a place on the coach, all at the same time. There is no second list to update and nothing to copy across.
This is the part that saves the evenings, and it is the part you never have to think about.
The RSVP itself
Ask your guests anything you like.
The RSVP is not a fixed form with a meal dropdown and nothing else. We build it around your day, so it asks what you actually need to know, and every answer arrives in the dashboard beside the guest who gave it.
Anything with a set of answers is counted for you as the replies land, so you never tally a column by hand. Anything open, like a song or a note, is kept as it was written.
The kind of thing we build in
Which coach do you want, and from where?
Are you staying for the Sunday brunch?
A song that will get you on the dance floor
Any allergies we should tell the kitchen about?
Do you need a high chair or a travel cot?
A note for the two of us, if you like
Yours would be your own questions, not these.
What you open
Eight things to look after, and one place holding all of them.
These are the sections as they are named inside, so nothing you read here is called something else once you are in.
01
Guests
Everyone you are inviting, grouped into households the way invitations actually go out. Add people as plans change, and see at a glance who is still outstanding.
02
Invitations
The list you built, before anybody has replied to it. Import it from the spreadsheet you already have, or type it in. This is the list every other number is measured against.
03
RSVPs
Replies as they come in, matched back against the people you invited, so "who has replied" and "who did we invite" are one answer rather than two documents.
04
Meals
Choices and dietary requirements held as separate things, because they are separate things. A vegetarian starter and a nut allergy are not the same problem, and your caterer needs both.
05
Tables
Build the room, then drag people around it. Rename tables, resize them, and move one name when somebody drops out three days before, instead of redrawing the plan.
06
Travel
Coaches and who is on which one, where people are staying, and who still has nowhere booked. If your wedding has none of this, you never see it.
07
Messages
Write to some of your guests rather than all of them: evening only, staying over, on the morning coach. You choose the recipients, see exactly who is about to receive it, and press send yourself.
08
Downloads
The venue pack, the caterer pack, the seating plan, the coach manifest, the accommodation list. Final numbers ready to hand over on the day somebody asks for them.
Your wedding decides which of these you see. No coaches means no Travel, and no seated meal means no Tables.
Just ask
Ask a question about your own wedding.
Type a question the way you would say it out loud and get the answer from your own guest list. It reads your wedding and nothing else.
It can offer to draft a message off the back of an answer. It never sends one. Nothing leaves your account until you have read it and pressed send.
- Who has not replied yet?
- How many children are coming?
- Which guests still need a meal?
- Is everyone seated?
For your guests
Nothing to download. Nothing to sign up for.
Your guests get their own link, answer a few questions and are done in about a minute. There is no account to make, no password to forget and no app. Your grandmother can do this on the phone she already owns.
For you
Private to you and whoever you invite in.
Guests never see the list, the plan or anybody else’s answers. Your data is yours: it is not sold, not shared and not used to advertise anything to your guests. Read the privacy policy.
