Your personal portal is where everything happens before launch. Upload photos, share colour ideas, fill in your event details, and track the build as it progresses. No jargon, no chasing emails.

We Build, Refine, and Launch

Once your portal is complete, we deliver your first preview within 1 week. We set up your domain, generate your QR code, and share the link. You review and request any changes, unlimited revisions until you are happy. Then we go live.

After Your Site Goes Live

Launch is not the end of the service, here is what happens next.

Managing Guest RSVPs

All guest responses are captured in your RSVP dashboard: one place to see who has replied, their meal choices, dietary needs, and any notes. Premium customers also receive a dedicated RSVP email address on their domain (for example, rsvp@olivia-and-james.co.uk), with login details handed over at launch. No third-party tools or subscriptions needed on either package.

Changes After Launch

You can request changes at any point before you confirm your approval through your portal, there is no limit. Once you have approved and the site is live, just email us and we will be happy to help. Your portal stays open throughout your hosting period.

How Long Does the Site Stay Live?

Your site is included for 12 months from the launch date. Need it longer? You can extend access at any point through your portal , up to three months after your wedding date. Renewal keeps everything exactly as it was, no rebuild required.
