After Your Site Goes Live

Launch is not the end of the service — here is what happens next.

Managing Guest RSVPs

We create a dedicated RSVP email address on your site's domain — for example, rsvp@olivia-and-james.co.uk. We hand over the login details at launch. Guest responses arrive directly in that inbox. You check it like a normal email account, at your own pace. No third-party tools or subscriptions needed.

Changes After Launch

There is a short polish window after launch for small wording or layout tweaks — these are included. For larger changes after that window, we will quote a small additional fee based on the scope. Your portal stays open so you can request anything at any time.

How Long Does the Site Stay Live?

Your site is included for 12 months from the launch date. Need it longer? You can extend access at any point through your portal — up to three months after your wedding date. Renewal keeps everything exactly as it was, no rebuild required.
