Questions
The things couples ask us first.
If yours is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
- What exactly do we get for £599?
- A wedding website designed and built for your wedding, and the private platform behind it: your guest list, RSVPs, meal choices, dietary requirements, seating, travel, accommodation and guest messaging. We build it, you review it, and we look after it. No subscription and no per-guest pricing.
- How do we pay?
- £599 in total. Pay it in one go, or spread it: £199 to start, then 4 monthly payments of £100. Both routes come to the same £599 — spreading the cost adds no surcharge, no interest and no credit check, so choose whichever suits you. If you spread it, the four monthly payments are a fixed schedule: after the fourth there is nothing further, it is not a subscription and it does not renew. There is no package to choose either way, and nothing at all is taken until you have seen your finished website and told us you are happy with it.
- Do our guests need an app?
- No. Your guests open a normal web address on whatever phone or computer they already have. There is nothing to install.
- Do our guests need to create an account?
- No. A guest types their name, confirms which invitation is theirs, and replies. No password, no sign-up, and no need for you to collect everyone’s email address first.
- Can we use our own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included. We register and hold it for you, and it can be transferred to you at cost whenever you ask.
- Can we change things after the website is live?
- Yes. Revisions are unlimited up to launch, and after you go live you email us and we make the change. Details change constantly in wedding planning and the price does not go up because of it.
- What happens if a guest is not recognised?
- Nothing breaks and nobody is guessed at. If a name is close to more than one person on your list, it comes to us to check rather than being matched automatically. Guests are never quietly attached to the wrong invitation.
- Can we collect meal choices and dietary requirements?
- Yes, and they are kept as separate things. A meal preference and a nut allergy are not the same information, so your caterer gets both rather than one buried inside the other.
- Can we organise the tables?
- Yes. You build your tables, move guests between them, and rename or resize as numbers change. When somebody drops out the week before, you move one name.
- Can we organise travel and accommodation?
- Yes. You can record coaches and lifts, see who is on which one, and keep track of where people are staying and who still has nothing booked.
- Can we message only some of our guests?
- Yes. Tag guests however your wedding actually works, evening only, staying over, coach from the hotel, then write to just those people. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
- What happens after the wedding?
- Your website stays online for the rest of your hosting period, and you can export your guest information at any point. Nothing disappears the morning after.
- How long is the website hosted?
- Twelve months from the day it goes live, included. You can extend it after that if you would like to keep it online.
- When do we pay?
- Once you have seen your own website and you are happy with it, and before it goes live. Nothing is taken to get started.
- Can we see the website before paying?
- Yes, and that is the normal way round here. We design your website first and send it to you. If it is not right, you tell us, and if you decide not to go ahead you have paid nothing.
- Why not just use a free wedding website builder?
- If you enjoy building it yourself and your guest list is simple, a free builder may be all you need. What you are paying for here is that you do not build anything, and that the guest side is handled: replies chased up, meals and allergies kept straight, tables and travel organised, and real people to ask when something changes.
Still deciding? See what is included or tell us about your wedding. We reply within one to two working days.
