in the making

Celeste and Dominic met in the autumn of 2019 at a legal conference in Lyon — she was presenting, he was in the audience and, by his own admission, paying very little attention to the actual presentation.
A shared interest in terrible films, excellent wine, and weekends spent arguing about maps led, eventually, to a proposal on the Île Saint-Louis one January evening. It was cold. It was perfect.
We are married on the 18th of October. Château Villeneuve has been in Celeste’s family for three generations. We could think of no better place to begin this one.
